This report compares the value to beneficiaries of the Medicare Advantage program relative to other public and private health insurance options available to Medicare-eligible seniors. The report highlights differences in average annual beneficiary out-of-pocket costs among Medicare coverage options and describes a number of quantitative differences among the options.
