Retirement Outcomes Review: The release of FCA Consultation Paper CP 18/17
In June, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a consultation paper, CP 18/17 “Retirement Outcomes Review: Proposed changes to our rules and guidance” which set out its findings from its Retirement Outcomes Review and a proposed package of remedies. CP 18/17 is seeking feedback on the FCA’s proposals.
