Peter Franken is a principal and consulting actuary in the Amsterdam office of Milliman. He is one of the partners of the Insurance and Financial Risk Practice in the Benelux.

Experience

Peter joined Milliman in 2011. He has over 25 years of consulting experience in the financial industry as both an actuarial and management consultant.

Peter is specialised in non-life and health insurance covering all areas, including pricing, product development, valuation, capital modelling, Solvency II, and mergers and acquisitions. He has performed a wide range of actuarial consulting assignments for a variety of clients, mainly European insurers. Although Peter’s specialization is in non-life, he is experienced in managing consulting business covering both life and non-life.
