Charlotte Halkett is a principal in Milliman’s London office, leading insurtech and innovation services for the UK Property & Casualty Practice. With over 20 years of experience in general insurance, Charlotte specialises in building high-growth businesses, establishing successful new products, and transforming and driving innovation across insurance markets. Charlotte also has particular interest and deep experience within the MGA ecosystem, and has led multiple Milliman projects with MGAs, their carriers, and with investors interested in this space. Milliman insurtech services support successful insurance innovation across the industry. We work with insurtechs, insurtech partners, carriers, funding partners, and (re)insurance entities creating technology-driven solutions and products. He is a leading voice on technical matters, specifically, complex reserving methods and the evaluation of reserving uncertainty.
