Dominic Clark
Dominic is a principal with Milliman. He joined the firm in 2004.
Experience
Dominic has 25 years of industry experience as an international consulting actuary. Dominic qualified as a Fellow of the UK Institute of Actuaries in 1997.
Before joining Milliman, Dominic was a consultant in Watson Wyatt’s International Benefits Practice near London. He was involved in a range of international pensions and benefits projects, principally advising multinational companies and their global operations.
In 1996, Dominic moved to the Madrid office of Watson Wyatt and specialized in pensions and employee benefits consulting to multinationals with local operations. This included actuarial valuations for M&A and accounting purposes, benefit plan transformation (including design, costing and employee communication), and advice with respect to international and local rules and regulations.
Dominic joined Milliman in 2004 as an international consulting actuary based in Southern Europe and CEE. He performs a wide range of actuarial consulting projects for Milliman clients across the region, with significant experience in the areas of financial reporting, funding and accounting (IFRS, US GAAP) valuations, and actuarial modelling.
Dominic is a fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
