Greg has worked in the retirement benefit field since 1997, and has extensive experience managing various administration teams and client relationships. His experience includes project management, operations management, and client relationship management. As a relationship manager, he works closely with his clients and the service delivery teams to ensure that all administration deliverables are provided in a timely, accurate manner and that they exceed his client’s expectations. His expertise includes pension de-risking projects such as lump-sum windows, annuity purchase projects, and lost participant searches.
Greg continuously works in plan design change projects, mergers and acquisitions, plan trustee changes, large-scale data clean-up projects, workforce reduction (early retirement window) projects, and retirement choice projects. He provides peer review for benefit calculations, distribution forms, trustee payment instructions, and various quarterly and annual items such as benefit statements and actuarial valuation files.
Greg has presented on pension and retirement-related topics at Milliman consultant forums, and other professional meetings. He has also served on a number of corporate Milliman committees including the Quality Assurance Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Wendell Milliman Scholarship Committee.
