The key success factors for European bancassurers are usually measured by commercial efficiency and low-cost base. To analyse these elements, Milliman has set up a benchmark of commercial productivity and expense levels across leading bancassurers in Europe. In this report, we present a summary of the results of the Milliman benchmark analysis and explain the main differences by country and by business model.
