Brexit: Beyond passporting: Implications for the UK insurance industry

This paper considers various future routes that the development of insurance regulation in the UK could take due to Brexit and the impact each of these might have on UK insurers. It also highlights some of the other relevant areas of regulation and legislation that could be revised once the UK is no longer part of the European Union and reviews the extent to which insurers could be affected by any demographic changes driven by Brexit.
